money makes the world go around. i'd be a total hypocrite if i was to deny that i am materialistic. i do admit that i am happier when i have money from my daily allowance than on days when i am living so frugally after spending all the cash. money is means power and it can actually save. imagine this. had there been a romance where tehre are no chocolates, flowers, romantic getaways and those expensive diamond and pearl jewelries? can a family be called happy if they cannot even make both ends meet? would you live without paying your bills? will you be even reading this or even i, making this blog, without money? the point is that, whether you accept it or not, money means power. even children do realize that. toys, clothes, trips to their grandparents' hometown are never possible without money.without money, it is almost impossible to have fun.
like every teenager you see, i do enjoy having cash. i can enjoy on gimiks, plan parties for my friends and maintain this lifestyle with money. surely. it is not everything though. it is only power but not everything. that had been proven by my rendezvous yesterday.
jamie, naureen and i went out to look for a party rental place. as we were walking nnear teh church already, we saw this libreng sakay for robinsons imus. take note. it is libre. it's actually free. after much hesitation and yayaan tita nau and i managed to convince jamie to go to robinsons. kuya driver was actually realluy nice about our inquiries. jam was nervous about what we were doing. we spent an hour and 45 minutes there. just window shopping, trying on some stuff. it was really great. at 4 45, we saw kuya dirver again. he's really friendly kasi snagreact pa siya an on time daw kami. then these two ladies whow was with us were also really friendly. kuya driver even said as we were about to leave that we should also go to back again yesterday. we got back at talipapa about 5pm. we went to paolo's. there we ate mangoes as merienda. super enjoy! =) paolo went with us to my house and then to jamie's and tita nau's, to teresa'a and then pao and i stayed at sv for about 5 minutes because we were listening to joe d mango's portion in the radio. paolo's reaction was really cute, he was going all, "aawwww" and "sweeeetttt". =)
i had such a fun time with my friends. without even spending a single peso.
sometimes, you just have to have spontaneity in your lives. it's needed because it adds such fun and spice to the lives of us people.
as the old cliche goes, kahit walang pera ang importante, magkakasama tayo.
thanks for such a fabulous time guys! :)
